The “Becoming a Meteorologist" Early Literacy Supplement is designed for beginning English speakers in grades 3-5. It contains 5 lessons that are each approximately 30-45 minutes in length. This unit can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of K-2 and/or intermediate English proficiency students.
This Early Literacy Supplement is a companion to English Learner Portal’s “Becoming a Meteorologist”. Combining the English language development unit with this supplement allows you to maximize vocabulary usage and concept development in support of oral language and literacy development.
